General rules for play on your account

These rules apply to every game in our lobby, including slots, table and card games, live dealer tables and instant-win games. Where a game has its own published rules, those rules apply to that game in addition to this page. We hold a gaming licence for the games we offer and we check the identity and age of account holders as described in our Terms and Conditions.

One account per player

  • Your account is personal. You must place your own bets and not bet on behalf of anyone else.
  • Only people aged 18 or over may register, deposit or place a bet with us.
  • Keep your log-in details private. Bets placed from your account are treated as placed by you.
  • Duplicate accounts may be closed and rounds played on them may be voided.

Real-money and bonus balances

Your account can hold real-money funds and bonus funds at the same time. The cashier and the game window show which balance a stake is drawn from, and funds are used in the order shown in the cashier. Any wagering still to be completed on bonus funds is displayed in your account.

Bets are final once placed

A stake, bet or spin is final once the game server has accepted it. We cannot cancel, change or refund a round that has been placed, including rounds started by autoplay, a turbo setting or a feature purchase. Please double-check your stake, lines and hands before you confirm.

Staying in control

You can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude using the tools in your account. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from online gambling sites in one step.

How bets and spins are settled

Every outcome is produced and recorded on the game server, not in your browser or app. The result held by the server is the result of the round, even if your screen, an animation or a balance figure briefly shows something else.

  1. You confirm a stake and the game server generates and records the outcome.
  2. The outcome is settled against the rules and paytable of that game.
  3. Your balance is updated with any winnings.
  4. The round is stored in your game history with its time, stake and result.

Your game history is the record we work from. Where your screen and your game history disagree, the server record decides the outcome.

Game rules, paytables and return to player

Each game carries its own rules, paytable and help screen, opened from the information icon in the game window. These explain winning combinations, how features are triggered, minimum and maximum stakes, and any stake needed to qualify for a feature or jackpot.

The same help screen shows the game's return-to-player figure. That figure is a long-term theoretical average measured over a very large number of rounds and does not predict the result of a single spin or session.

Malfunctions and interrupted games

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature, jackpot or paytable does not work as published, the affected round is void, the stake is returned and any amount credited in error is corrected.

  • A round shown incorrectly on your device but settled correctly on the server stands as the server recorded it.
  • Where a fault has settled a round incorrectly, we void the round and adjust the balance accordingly.
  • Where a game is taken out of the lobby mid-session for a technical fault, open stakes are returned to the balance they came from.

If your connection drops

If your internet drops, your device shuts down or you close the game, the round continues to be handled on the server. What you see when you come back depends on how far the round had progressed.

SituationWhat happens when you return
The round had already been settledThe outcome is applied to your balance and shown in your game history.
The round was still open, such as unfinished free spinsThe game reopens at the point it was interrupted so you can finish it.
The round stays open past the period the game provider holds itIt is settled or voided on the server, and a voided stake is returned.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit follow our Bonus Terms and the terms attached to the offer itself, which you can see in the promotions area of your account. Where an offer's terms differ from this page, the offer terms apply to that offer.

  • A maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies while wagering is open. Bets above it, and winnings from them, may be voided.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates, shown with the offer, and some games do not contribute at all.
  • Free spins play at the stake, lines and settings fixed by the offer.
  • Play designed to take value from a bonus rather than play the game, such as covering opposing outcomes on a table game, is not permitted and affected rounds may be voided.

Your account shows the wagering still outstanding and the balance each stake is drawn from.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are hosted by a dealer in a studio and streamed to your device. The dealer's decisions, taken under the procedures of that table, settle the round.

  • Bets must be confirmed within the betting time shown on the table. A bet not confirmed before betting closes is not accepted and the stake stays in your balance.
  • Where a card is misdealt, a wheel result is unclear or a procedure is not followed, the table's rules decide whether the round is void or replayed. A void round returns the stake.
  • Each table publishes its rules, limits, side bets and payouts in the help section of the table interface.
  • A seat can be released if you are inactive, and chat is moderated, so access to live tables may be withdrawn after abusive messages.

The same principle applies to table and card games played against the computer: the rules in that game's help screen decide the outcome, including how ties are treated and how an incomplete deal is handled.

Queries and disputes about a round

If you think a round has settled incorrectly, tell us as soon as you can. The sooner you get in touch, the easier it is to match your report to the server record.

  1. Open your game history and note the game name, the date and time with your time zone, and the round or transaction reference.
  2. Send those details and a short description to support@casinoslotscharm.co.uk, or start a live chat on the site.
  3. We look into the round against the server record and the game provider's log, then come back to you with what it shows.
  4. If our answer does not settle the matter, our Complaints procedure sets out the next step, including the free dispute resolution service named there.

We keep game and transaction records for the period set out in our Privacy Policy, so please raise a query while the round can still be traced in your account.
