Sugar RushAccepting these terms and how we change them
These terms apply to your account with Slots Charm Casino and to every deposit, game round and withdrawal you make on our site. By registering and ticking the box to accept them, you agree to be bound by them.
They sit alongside our other published policies, including our privacy policy and the terms attached to individual bonuses and games. Where a bonus term and a general term cover the same point, the bonus term applies to that offer.
We may change these terms, for example to reflect the law, our licence obligations, the payment methods we support or the features we offer. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you by e-mail or by a notice in your account before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may withdraw your available balance and ask us to close your account; continuing to play afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility, your account and verification
Who may open an account
You may hold an account with us if all of the following apply:
- You are at least 18 years old. Gambling by anyone under 18 is an offence.
- You are resident in the United Kingdom and playing from a place where online gambling is lawful.
- You are acting for yourself, and the money you deposit is your own.
- You are not registered with GamStop and not self-excluded with us.
- You hold one account only, in your own name.
18+ only
Our games are for adults. We take part in age checks, and any winnings on an account held by someone under 18 are void.
Your details and your login
Register with accurate, complete details and keep them current in your account. We may be unable to pay a withdrawal where your account details do not match your documents or payment method. Duplicate accounts, including one opened in another person's name to claim the same offer, may be closed and any bonus winnings on them removed.
Your username and password are personal to you. Keep them private, do not let anyone else use your account, and tell us through live chat or support@casinoslotscharm.co.uk as soon as you think someone else has your login details.
Verification checks
We hold a gaming licence and must know who our customers are, so we verify accounts. Checks on your identity, age and address are completed before your first withdrawal, and we may ask for them earlier. Where we are required to, we also ask about the source of the funds you gamble with.
| Check | What it confirms | When we ask |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and age | You are 18 or over and are the account holder | At registration or before the first withdrawal |
| Address | You live at the address on your account | Before the first withdrawal |
| Payment method | The card, wallet or bank account is in your name | When you add a method or request a payout |
| Source of funds | Where the money you gamble with comes from | Where we are required to ask |
You can upload documents in your account or send them to the address shown in the cashier. Until the checks are complete we may hold a withdrawal, limit deposits or pause play, and we may suspend an account where documents are not provided within a reasonable time.
Deposits and withdrawals
Paying in
Deposit only with a payment method in your own name, from the options shown in the cashier. Minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and any provider fees are the ones shown in the cashier at the time. Credit cards cannot be used for gambling. Your account holds funds for play: it is not a bank account, it earns no interest, and it must not be used to pass money to another person.
Taking money out
Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with wherever that is possible. Where it is not, because a card has expired or the provider does not support payouts, we will ask you for an alternative method in your own name.
A withdrawal may sit as pending while verification or payment checks are finished, or while a bonus is still subject to wagering. Withdrawal minimums, maximums and any daily, weekly or monthly caps are the limits shown in your account and in the cashier. Where a fault or an error credits your balance with an amount you were not entitled to, we may correct it, and affected game rounds may be void.
Bonuses and promotions
Every bonus, free-spin offer and promotion carries its own terms, shown with the offer and forming part of these terms. Look over them before you opt in. They commonly cover:
- Wagering - how many times the bonus, or winnings from it, must be played through before withdrawal.
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active, and games that are excluded or count at a reduced rate.
- Expiry - the time allowed to claim the offer and finish the wagering, after which the bonus and winnings from it may be removed.
- Maximum conversion - a cap on what can be withdrawn from a bonus.
- Eligibility - whether the offer is for new or existing players, and what you must do to claim it.
Bonuses are offered to you personally and at our discretion. We may remove a bonus and any winnings from it, and restrict or close an account, where play looks designed to secure a guaranteed return rather than to play the games: low-risk or covering bets while wagering, coordinated play across accounts, duplicate accounts or automated play.
If we withdraw a promotion, offers you have already claimed keep the terms that applied when you claimed them.
Safer gambling and self-exclusion
You can set limits on your own account at any time. The tools in your account include deposit limits, loss and session limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. A lower limit applies immediately; an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period and a confirmation from you.
Self-exclusion closes your account to play for the period you choose and stops our marketing to you, and we cannot lift it early. You can also register with GamStop, which blocks accounts across online operators licensed in Great Britain. Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
Closing an account, complaints and liability
Closing or suspending an account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through live chat or by e-mail to support@casinoslotscharm.co.uk, and we will return any available balance once checks are complete. Closing an account is not the same as self-exclusion, so tell us if you want a block as well. Where an account has had no login or play for a long period, we may treat it as inactive, tell you by e-mail and close it, returning the balance to you.
We may suspend or close an account, void bets and hold payment where we reasonably believe that you are under 18, hold more than one account, gave false details or documents, or have used the account for fraud, money laundering or collusion, or where you have broken these terms in a material way. We will tell you when we do this and pay out any balance you are entitled to.
Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to support@casinoslotscharm.co.uk or start a chat on the site, giving your username, the date and time, and what you expected to happen. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and reply within a reasonable time, keeping you updated if we need longer.
If we cannot settle the matter between us, you can take it to an independent alternative dispute resolution service at no cost to you. We will give you its details with our final answer.
Liability and governing law
We provide the site with reasonable care and skill but cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device or connection, by someone else using your login, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, and your rights as a consumer are unaffected.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
